Another Internet Scam!? Not hardly. Here's what's going on.
I grew up in a run down home, where my Grandmother's Social Security check was the primary source of income. We had to eat left-overs for weeks, because we couldn't afford much. Having friends over for dinner was out of the question. After all, 4 mouths to feed was enough! We wore hand-me-downs, left the house cold in the winter to keep the gas bill down, and never even thought of home improvement projects! I have worked as a police officer in Los Angeles County for 17 years. I have seen multiple families crammed into 1 & 2 bedroom apartments, because they couldn't afford to rent their own place. The apartments, if you want to call them apartments, are slums. They have leaky faucets, leaky roofs, broken electrical outlets, ratty carpets, no grass to play on, broken down fences, holes in the walls, etc. One thing they have in common is landlords that make tons of cash in rent. Do they fix the problems? No. They just get rich. If you want to move up, you gotta pay up!
Well, why don't the cities make the landlords fix the problems? Why don't the cties build more apartments? Why doesn't the state help people? Keep asking why, and when you get results, e-mail me.
I'm going to raise enough money to build one, then two, then three (as many as possible), low-income communities. I don't have much now, but this site is working on it. This isn't a non-profit site. I'm going to make some money in the process, but I'm not here to be a millionaire. That wouldn't make me any different than the slum lords I spoke of earlier. I'm trying to get people to donate cash, and TRUST, that I'll do what I said. How's that?
I intend to publish every thing I accomplish on this web site. You will see the books (financial statements), the projects, and the results. Simple as that. I'm also going to attach a few photos of me and my living conditions, so you will see that I'm not just another scum trying to make a nickel for free!
OK, sounds ambitius, but I'll give it a shot.
